This counterforce elbow brace can be used for tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, elbow tendonitis, and other conditions involving inflammation of the elbow tendons. Manufactured from latex-free neoprene, this elbow strap is universal / adjustable, so one size fits most people if your elbow cirference is between 8" -12". The counterforce brace should fit snugly but not be too tight, as you do not want to restrict blood flow. This elbow strap should be used as part of an overall rehabilitation program for epicondylitis or tendonitis elbow pain.
